Banyan Tree Group’s premier lifestyle hotel recognized for its strategic locale and exceptional on-site facilities
Banyan Tree Group’s premier lifestyle brand, Cassia Phuket, is honoured to announce its Silver Award in the Location Hotel category at the 14th Thailand Tourism Awards 2023. Presented by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), this esteemed accolade is a testimony to Cassia Phuket’s relentless pursuit of quality, professionalism, and unparalleled service in the Thai travel and tourism industry.
At the award ceremony, held in Bangkok on September 27, 2023, Cassia Phuket was honoured with the Silver Award in the Location Hotel category. Adding a royal touch to the achievement was Princess Ubol Ratana Rajakanya Sirivadhana Barnavadi, who, as Honorary President, presented this prestigious accolade. Receiving this esteemed award, Cassia Phuket is one of only 16 hotels in Thailand to gain such a distinction in this category.
Nestled in the esteemed Laguna Phuket in Cherngtalay, the island’s prime locale, Cassia Phuket offers guests immediate access to the pristine Bangtao Beach. Beyond the natural beauty of Phuket’s famous beach, the hotel is strategically situated within a vibrant service complex. This gives guests the convenience of nearby eateries, beach clubs, nightlife and shopping spots, elevating their stay to one that is not only scenic but also incredibly convenient.
Cassia Phuket stands as the transportation hub of the area with its on-site Phuket Smart Bus Stop, providing easy access from the airport to various beach towns and the must-visit Promthep Cape. Guests also enjoy unlimited rides on the Laguna Shuttles, connecting them to Laguna's various attractions, from golf courses to spas.
Beyond the on-site transportation hub, Cassia Phuket offers personalized services like Cassia Tuk Tuk and Cassia Shuttle, facilitating quick trips to local attractions. For instance, Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket are just a 5-6 minute drive away. For longer excursions, Patong Beach and Central Floresta are accessible within 35 minutes.
As a premier lifestyle hotel, Cassia Phuket transcends traditional hospitality paradigms. The property features a unique design of suites and lofts, fully equipped kitchens, and stylish living spaces. Going beyond the standard hotel experience, guests can enjoy working spaces, indoor and outdoor gyms, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a tattoo studio, arcade games in public areas, and even pet-friendly options.
The recent recognition from the 14th Thailand Tourism Awards serves as both a validation and a springboard for Cassia Phuket.
Securing this esteemed recognition is incredibly affirming, and it provides the momentum we need to reach new heights. This award is not a final destination, but rather an encouraging indicator of the direction we're headed. It inspires us to set our sights on Gold, all while staying true to our brand essence: Be Cool with Cassia.Logan Daley, the General Manager of Cassia Phuket
