Skypark Atria Saigon to Launch in Vietnam by 2025

HASCO Group and Banyan Tree Group have formed a partnership to bring Skypark branded luxury residences to Vietnam by 2025. The project, which will feature 181 apartments, marks Skypark's entry into the luxury residential segment in Vietnam and is a significant milestone for both companies. The development will cover a total area of 9,500m2 and is being developed by HASCO Group Joint Stock Company, with Newtecons serving as the constructor. The estimated handover date is the third quarter of 2025.

Future owners of Skypark Atria Saigon will have access to the Sanctuary Club, an exclusive program designed for property owners under the Banyan Tree Group's brand portfolio.
